Please ship your samples in the barcoded tubes/plates you received from us. Please include the signed sample information file in the shipment. Make sure to send your samples in the beginning of the week to avoid the risk of improper handling due to weekend deliveries.

Please send RNA on dry ice to ensure high quality. DNA can be shipped at room temperature or cold packs. Please make sure to additionally wrap your samples in case you send them in "ordinary" mail at room temperature. HMW DNA for PacBio, please contact us ( ccga@ikmb.uni-kiel.de ) beforehand for the best options.
